Editor choice: WordPress offers two different editors, known as “classic” and “Gutenberg”. Some of these features depend on using the Gutenberg editor; others will work with either editor. This will be indicated with “Gutenberg editor only” or “Either editor” annotations.
This documentation primarily shows Gutenberg examples because of the theme-specific customization; we didn’t modify the classic editor’s interactions.
